A | 新华社北京8月26日电(记者唐诗凝、周圆)工业和信息化部副部长辛国斌26日表示，“十五五”期间将推动智能网联新能源汽车产业高质量发展，坚守产品质量底线，提高自动驾驶安全性、可靠性;优化新能源汽车车险政策、降低维修成本，切实解决消费者后顾之忧，让消费者愿意买、放心用。 在当天国新办举行的“开局起步‘十五五’”系列主题新闻发布会上，辛国斌介绍，“十四五”期间我国新能源汽车产业发展的成绩有目共睹，整车集成、动力电池、激光雷达等技术水平跻身世界前列，新能源汽车、动力电池及关键材料产量占到全球的70%以上;产品远销100多个国家和地区，培育了一批具有较强竞争力的领军企业。

I’m very proud," she added.。” 据悉，“十五五”期间，将支持重点企业加大技术攻关力度，持续提升动力电池低温适应性、耐久性，积极稳妥推进智能网联汽车准入和上路通行试点、“车路云一体化”试点;优化配套使用环境，开展汽车以旧换新、新能源汽车下乡、县域充换电设施补短板试点，推动实现充电站“县县全覆盖”、充电桩“乡乡全覆盖”，建立健全汽车改装管理制度。 完善行业治理体系方面，推进汽车企业生产资质集团化管理改革，优化产业布局，加强产品创新设计准入审查和测试验证管理，严禁未经充分测试验证的产品进入市场，加大产品生产一致性监督检查力度;加大国际标准法规制定协调力度，完善跨境物流、投融资等配套支撑，稳步推进国际贸易和投资合作。
